Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. The KYC process is done by uploading a valid government-issued ID (National ID or Passport) through the Account Profile menu. Verification is generally completed within 15–30 minutes during business hours and is permanent — members do not need to repeat this process.
